Straight BARS, this is Eric Burdon's WAR at their very finest. One of the coolest bands to come out of the San Francisco scene in the 60s-70s, this is a lost classic with a pre-MTV music video.

Busta Rhymes is one of the best chefs around when it comes to crafting hip-hop craziness and pop perfection. He bout to spaz on the remix to Future's MOVE THAT DOPE. Correction, the opening warm up verse is from OT GENASIS, not 2 Chainz.

Seeing Busta come out at this year's VMAs was a special treat for myself and a lot of other old-school hip-hop heads. Brooklyn is in the building!

Gibby Haynes from the Butthole Surfers was a dope MC, he used a hip-hop style in many of his records including this one, the Surfers' biggest hit Pepper (1996) Enjoy CORRECTION: Gibby Haynes and the Butthole Surfers are from San Antonio, not Austin.

Reaction video to the video for the Canadian band The Pursuit of Happiness and their 1988 classic "I'm An Adult Now". Lead singer Moe Berg has 4 verses of fury, plus a mandatory 1980s guitar solo. Straight up and down 🔥🔥.  Thanks to Vimeo for allowing us to record video reactions with the full screen. We had a system crash while recording the first take of this, but luckily Vimeo saved everything that was filmed before the malfunction and allowed me to record the rest of this reaction without missing a beat. Props to that software.

One of my favorite late 70s gems is "I'm Bored" by Iggy Pop from the 1979 record New Values. This is a very rare music video version, if you guys have not heard Iggy gotta check out the Stooges and his solo stuff from the 70s onward. He's still rocking harder than anybody out there to this day. There is only one Iggy, he is one of my strongest influences.
