Continuar aprendiendo y compartiendo lo aprendido con ustedes es gratificante, tuvimos una clase en el diplomado de repostería y pastelería dónde aprendimos un poco sobre Panadería y elaboramos increíbles recetas de este oficio.

En esta clase aprendimos a preparar pan francés, pizza, pan dulce relleno de guayaba, roles de canela, golfeados y pan de cerveza, usando técnicas de amasado y sobado que nos dan excelentes resultados en la textura de cada preparación.

Algunas recetas suelen tener una masa muy suave, tales como el golfeado y el rol de canela, de otras obtenemos texturas más crujientes, como es el caso del pan francés y el pan de cerveza.

Una receta que nos cautiva por su dulzura, delicioso relleno y llamativo color es el pan de guayaba. Y si hay algo que nos encanta a todos es una deliciosa pizza con bordes de queso y una combinación de ingredientes y sabores increíbles como topping.

Finalmente, la degustación de estas preparaciones fue todo un placer al paladar, quedamos encantados con los resultados y muy satisfechos por todo lo aprendido en esta clase. ¿Y a ustedes qué les parecen todas estas recetas, las han preparado anteriormente en casa y cuál de éstas es su favorita? En mi caso, no me puedo decidir. 🥹

Continuing to learn and share what we have learned with you is rewarding, we had a class in the pastry and bakery diploma where we learned a little bit about Baking and we elaborated incredible recipes of this craft.

In this class we learned to prepare French bread, pizza, sweet bread stuffed with guava, cinnamon rolls, golfeados and beer bread, using kneading and kneading techniques that give us excellent results in the texture of each preparation.

Some recipes tend to have a very soft dough, such as golfeado and cinnamon rolls, while others have crunchier textures, as in the case of French bread and beer bread.

One recipe that captivates us with its sweetness, delicious filling and eye-catching color is guava bread. And if there's one thing we all love, it's a delicious pizza with cheese edges and a combination of incredible ingredients and flavors as topping.

Finally, the tasting of these preparations was a pleasure to the palate, we were delighted with the results and very satisfied with everything we learned in this class. Un postre muy reconocido en el mundo de la repostería, y aunque el cheesecake o tarta de queso ha tenido muchas versiones, esta es la más conocida y la que más ha logrado perdurar con el pasar de los años, no es casualidad, realmente es un postre delicioso que logra cautivar nuestros paladares.

Una combinación de sabores increíbles, una base crujiente de galletas, con un suave relleno de queso y una cobertura de mermelada de fresas, sin dudas una delicia que se disfruta en cada bocado, un deleite al paladar.

Sean bienvenidos una vez más al blog de Dulcitos M&L. 😊❤️ Feliz inicio de semana para todos, empezamos la semana preparando deliciosos postres y por supuesto compartiendo nuestras recetas con ustedes.

Hace un par de semanas asistí a un curso de elaboración de Marquesas, donde aprendí a elaborar 6 sabores diferentes de marquesas partiendo de una misma basa. Hoy les enseñaré a preparar esa Base de Marquesa y La Marquesa de Tiramisú, la cual fue mi favorita de todas las que aprendimos ese día.

Los sabores de Marquesas que aprendimos a elaborar en el curso fueron: Tiramisú, chocolate, arequipe, fresa, limón y parchita. Además, estoy muy contenta porque aprendimos a elaborar esta Base de Marquesa con la que podemos dejar volar nuestra creatividad y crear otros sabores con nuestros ingredientes favoritos, por ejemplo, me encantaría preparar una Marquesa de Maní. ¿Y ustedes, cuál es ese sabor que les encantaría degustar en una marquesa?

A couple of weeks ago I attended a Marquesas making course, where I learned how to make 6 different flavors of marquesas starting from the same base. Today I will show you how to prepare that Marquise Base and The Tiramisu Marquise, which was my favorite of all the ones we learned that day.

The Marquise flavors that we learned to make in the course were: Tiramisu, chocolate, arequipe, strawberry, lemon and parchita. Also, I am very happy because we learned how to make this Marquise Base with which we can let our creativity fly and create other flavors with our favorite ingredients, for example, I would love to prepare a Peanut Marquise. And you, what is that flavor that you would love to taste in a marquise?
