Why in the world would god give us dull genealogies but dubious prophecies?
You are right the Bible says there’s no devil running the show. No spiritual warfare.
Nothing more going on behind the scenes then we can perceive.

God kept his plans secret so the rulers of the world could not undue it,

Why isn’t God more precise about his future plans, why is it in code? Maybe for the same reasons Eisenhower didn’t want to disclose to the Nazi’s the exact where and when of d day.

If i think my coworker would use what i believe against me, do i have to corner them and tell them everything and then loose my job, because i was insistent on dropping seeds on a ground that is not fertile. God gave us a discerning spirit, if you are caught like Samson like Stephen god will give you strength and words of power. Do you have to commit suicide by cop by casting your pearls before swine or Isis? When judas kisses Jesus and the guards surrounded Jesus, it wasn’t the first time they tried to capture him. Reverse engineering. Humans learn knowledge of an atom and then some ruler wants to know how to turn that into a weapon. The word of god shaper than 2 edge sword, what are the odds the bad guys in high spiritual places don’t study the word to weaponize it?
Why someone like Jordan Peterson los this find for a time, because he was messing with the word, like someone messing with nuclear radiation and he wasn’t protected he was tinkering with things, without the protective suit on.
