We are meant to experience an interactive and intimate relationship with God. For most of us, this seems like a dream that we have no idea how to accomplish. Michael shares on how we can begin to practice a way of life that actually works!

When things our lives are going well, it's easy to see the goodness of God. But what about when things aren't going well? Is God still good? Casey shares some personal stories where she has asked very question when life isn't going the way she wanted it to go. But in the end she explains how God is still good, even when we question His goodness.

Worship is how we respond to our knowledge and experience of God. We often find it easier to worship God when times are good than when hardships and tragedy occur. Yet (spoiler alert) God is sovereign in both the good times and the hard times. Michael explores the sovereignty of God, challenging us to rest in his sovereign nature.

When we talk about Jesus, how can we be both True to Jesus and Culturally Relevant at the same time? In this talk, we see that we just need to keep pointing people to Jesus. And, in pointing them to Jesus, we can tell people that they’ll love Jesus (he’s amazing), (yet in some ways) they’ll hate Jesus, and (like it or not) they need Jesus.

What does it cost to follow Jesus? Nothing...and...everything. John shares about what this tension means and how we can meet Jesus in the middle of it.

A healthy biblical community throws their time and effort into both friendship and mission. Michael shows us a case study in this tension from the book of Acts, the story of the beginning of the early church.
