I don't use the X and Z keys, moved the hand speed into a neat place and make it fit neatly, then decided to add the graph back in a slightly different way.

Now with more recording audio stutters for whatever reason! I have no idea why it happens in this recording. I don't think I've heard a single audio stutter.

I also figured out the browser 60 fps thing. Don't use a custom frame limit for browser sources lmao

I just took https://www.speedrun.com/Balatro/runs/m7ln1n9y and then modded the game to basically remove all animations, add full keyboard driven stuff, and then wrote a very long command to automate all the inputs.

Self-timed (according to speedrun.com rules): 2.542 seconds (2 seconds and 78 frames in 144 fps). This run is against the rules (for using other mods) but that's where the fun starts :3

Command:

This command is not 100% reliable, because Balatro isn't reliable at such a fast speed, and sometimes inputs get missed. (It is modded, and the mod's animation skipping is set to "Unsafe", so)

Note about the command: There are 3 raw tab keys in the type commands. Something like this:

Use Ctrl-V (raw character mode) and press tab to type a raw tab character into your command, in case it is not copied correctly. Yes, it's required for closing shop and discards.

essentially i just did osu! with Rapid Trigger overlay (144 fps*) again except the game is louder than the keyboard

the keys is also already outdated with the X, Z, and smoke key being removed since i don't actually use those and the hand speed replaced that blank space

I used osulay (with graphs!) instead of the normal keys overlay (for that, see https://videos.jacksonchen666.com/w/jN8Y1RkyvxxkcJzZbva6nd), and graphs! Unfortunately, it seems the thing doesn't quite seem to poll at a fast enough rate, since the graph has some bits of nonsense like still being red when I press and it spikes (actuation point is 0.4 mm and rapid trigger press is 0.15 mm, so it's pretty sensitive), or going from red to green (unpressed to pressed) when I'm actually in the middle of releasing the key.

I also had to patch osulay and run my own version. If you use X and Z keys, you don't need to do any of that, just use the online version. It wasn't too hard, assuming you know how to run an HTTP server on your computer with https://git.sr.ht/~jacksonchen666/woot-verlay-customized-key (this only works with A and S keys, and assuming your HTTP server runs at port 8080, use http://localhost:8080/pages/osulay/ in OBS)

It would be nice if I was able to use https://djcrqss.github.io/Woot-verlay/pages/osulay/ for a better visualization of a graph, however the problem with that is that it had extremely limited customization and I binded my keys to A and S, not Z and X. It also has a horrible frame rate for some reason
