The time has come to take my 45th consecutive leap of faith. Reminding myself that every waking moment is more time to recommit to the version of life I want to be living. Which is audacious at the minimum. After some serious debriefs with my fear and anxiety, I’ve decided to record a video podcast episode. While this may not seem like a big deal to you, it’s huge to me. My life is a movie, and it’s strange not to be documenting it as such. Talking about the irony (and shame spiralling) of finding out from the internet that being my regular self is perceived as being taboo, controversial and hectic. AND WHAT IT FEELS AND FELT LIKE TO LIVE WITH THAT BURDEN. 

With upcoming travels to Morocco, Ghana, and Mexico on the horizon, I’m sharing my thoughts on being brave, making intentional choices, and embracing the freedom to express yourself in any environment.
