This week the boys are back for a COVID-19 check-in. Ryan decided that a global pandemic wasn't enough and added a newborn to the equation. Seeking the sweet escape of entertainment, Ryan and Crofton go deep into Final Fantasy 7 Remake (spoiler: it wasn't the "final" fantasy) and Tiger King, where Ryan's better angels struggle against the siren's call of the sensationalist Netflix documentary. A new Murphy has arrived as Ryan's daughter Isabelle joins the fray and the man himself provides the details of how it all went down. This week Ryan and Crofton are joined by Michael Hodgins of the world famous Good, Bad, or Bullshit podcast to discuss some geeky fiction, including The Lies of Locke Lamora and Leviathan Wakes and it's television adaptation, The Expanse. Ryan hit the movies solo to take in 1917 and explain how World War 1 was bad (very bad). Things take a turn for the serious as Mike shares a story about sleep training a young child with anxiety while Ryan talks about a slight pregnancy scare.
