I asked the question "Why do you not post on social media more often" to my facebook network and the post yielded over 60 comments in a matter of hours.

So I decided to record some thoughts based on the responses and common threads through them.

In this episode, I reflect on Easter Sunday (context) and work through the three C's of the podcast (Communication, Community Building, and Company) through a story of personal exploration that I have underwent over the last 48 hours.

It is influenced and inspired by today's Easter Sunday, my reading of the first 30 pages of Robert Greene's book Mastery, and the development of my own work within Strong Com Consulting, specifically Generating Awareness.

It's a joy to share this conversation I had with Casey Muze Williams of Avenue Speak! Native of Longview TX, Casey founded the nonprofit known as Starr Avenue Co in 2016, an organization which celebrates harmonius participation in the art. Casey holds 20 years of training as a performance percussionist for numerous rhythm instruments. He also has training as a sound engineer from Dallas Sound Lab. He is a dedicated social and community partisan with a peaceful and influential presence. He uses music and movement as holistic treatment of substance abuse disorders. 

Keith O'brien (@extexascoach) is a former HIgh School coach that put in the work to become part of the top 1% of earners in network marketing. In this episode I talk to him about his experiences, his values, misconceptions, and more.
