Today’s podcast is the last in the DRIVE series of episodes where I talk about the 5 words I use to cultivate and maintain a strong mindset. I'm very excited to share this conversation I had with Jared Chacon, director of marketing for True Vine Brewing. True Vine has an incredible story of growth as the first craft brewery in Tyler, Texas and has recently celebrated their 5th year in business at their larger location. 

Jared joined the team as a volunteer and has taken on additional responsibility as the business has grown to become the popular hub for excellent beer and local events as it has today. 

In this episode we talk about how the team at True Vine thinks through beer naming, the importance of events, how they engage new communities of people, the True Vine brand voice, the new location coming downtown soon and much more!

The D.R.I.V.E. principles are 5 ingredients to a stronger mindset, and inbetween Strong Com Conversations I dedicate an episode to exploring each principles. This one, Integrity, went a little longer than the previous two but I felt it was good to keep!
