Graduands from our online and full time MBA programmes attended an online celebration and prizegiving hosted by associate dean for our MBA and DBA programmes Professor Julie Hodges.  Programme directors Professor Amir Michael and Dr Jorge Lengler as well as other colleagues across the School celebrated the achievements of all our MBA graduates as well as formally announcing the prize winners.  Business School executive dean, Professor Susan Hart shared her personal good wishes to the graduates.  Alumni Manager Penny Hawley welcomed the graduands to our alumni community and explained how to find out more about the networking opportunities available to Durham University Business School graduates.

Professor Amir Michael the full time MBA director shares the findings of his recent research using artificial intelligence and data analytics to detect fraud and forecast overspending.

Our online MBA programme director Dr Jorge Lengler draws on his extensive experience with emerging market enterprises, export SMEs, business authorities and policymakers to develop your understanding of the strategies firms have adopted to remain competitive in foreign markets.

In this session Professor Hodges explores how to engage key stakeholders, including employees, with organisational transformations in a proactive way that helps to ensure inclusivity and engagement with continuous change.
