I love that Jesus is always teaching.
All of Jesus ministry he is teaching and showing how to do things.
As was the custom (and still is today) when you are teaching someone something they should sit down and pay attention.
While in the Army I was given many classes, I even taught classes.
In everyone one of those classes we sat down, it might have been in the desert sun or in a cooled classroom.
But we sat so that our attention was on the teacher.
Jesus had the crowd sit down.
So he could teach them.
Jesus is telling us to sit down and learn from him.
Just like the military training, we got taught something then had to do out and do it.
Learn what Jesus wants to teach then go out and do it.

Jesus paid the cost for our salvation.
It is free to all and we each receive it at different stages of life.
Some at a young age and some on the deathbed.
But the reward is the same.
HEAVEN.

No one can serve God for you.
You have to have your own relationship with God.
We can share in the joy together but we have to have the personal experience.

Thank the Lord that we have a new home coming one day.
We will have a change of location and this new home is made by GOD himself.
A New Heaven and New Earth one day.
This old earth and heaven will be unmade.
Only this left will be a New Address.
For some the new location will be hell.
A place meant for the devil and his followers.
Well if you don't follow Jesus then you follow satan and you get what is due him.

I didn't win the money lottery.
I won the new home lottery.
I won victory over death, hell and the grave.
I won because I chose Jesus.

During this message I wanted to remind you to shut the world out.
I have been letting the world troubles speak louder than GOD.
I had to remind myself that I serve a GOD who cares for me.
Who wants to freely give to me and he loves me thru it all.
Through my failures and shortcomings.
He is my Heavenly Father and he loves us so much.
Take time today to turn off the world and listen for GOD.

I wanted to talk about Altars and why we need them today.
How they were used in the bible and their purpose.
Mostly I wanted to stress the point when there will be no more need for an Altar.
Join me as we look closer at the Altars and GOD Bless
