It's been a massive transformation journey for me but it's still a work in progress. What a journey its been a journey of breaking through limiting beliefs, making mistakes, never giving up and dusting myself off. Putting in rituals that help me out of a negative spiral and the people I surround myself with have been a game changer.

The biggest lesson has been trusting myself and believing in myself no matter what. Focus on gratitude and those moments of magic.
