He talks with Joel about Kevin O’Leary, known as “Mr. Wonderful” from the reality TV show “Shark Tank,” and his accusations of defrauding investors and misleading state and federal officials. A lawsuit accuses him of fraud for investments as the CEO of the North Dakota Wonder Fund, one of Doug Burgum's big projects in the state.
