Additionally, we touch on the Bulky Waste Collection Event in conjunction with Kern County Public Works set in Ridgecrest, CA for Saturday, May 21st from 8:00am to 12:00pm at Leroy Jackson Park (300 E. French Ave.). Bulky items consist of: home appliances, furniture, mattresses, TVs and E-Waste, and tires without rims (and tires have a limit of 9 per trip). Fun Fact from the show: Bulky Items can be schedule for pick up with your usual trash collection contract up to 3 times a year at no cost (but call 24-48 hours in advance).
