Life and success can be set up as a game and comics are not just for boys! In this episode, I welcome Leah Coss to the show and I personally learn lots (and trust you will too) as she opens my eyes to gamification and all of the other activities she brings into her life to increase her success.
Leah Coss has been running her own businesses & helping others do the same, through franchising, since she graduated from college in Business Management. Working with incredible companies like 1-800-GOT-JUNK? exposed her to great company culture, as well as a strong understanding of systems & growth strategy in business. After 9 years as a Franchise Consultant helping adults start & grow their businesses, Leah Co-Founded Build a Biz Kids, a local non-profit society that teaches Practical & Essential Skills to youth through Entrepreneurship. Kids age 7-12 years are learning to start their own business and learn critical skills that took her 20 years to learn & acquire. As of Fall 2019, Build a Biz Kids will be expanding all across Greater Vancouver.
Leah's passion resides in helping youth create a habit of action on their ideas with a focus on Social Enterprise. "By teaching the next generation these critical skills that took us years to learn, matched with their natural desire to better the world around them, they have the power to change the trajectory of our economy and make the world a more community focused & prosperous place to live". http://BuildaBizKids.com
