Why Mondays you ask? Well, research shows that more workplace injuries occur on that day than on any other weekday. That’s why it's important to have a safety program that is easy to understand and implement. Tanya works with owners, managers, supervisors, and joint committee members to ensure that safety makes sense, everyday so everyone can work with confidence.

Tanya Steele is a safety trainer, Certified Speaker Professional, Certified health & safety consultant and Podcast host of Safety Debris.  She has also owned several companies over the years and has had up to 35 people on staff. Now as a consultant she uses a VA as her executive assistant.
