Remember to do what is best for you, date yourself so your worth can be revered to you. I'm approaching life with gusto, and want to be happy and whole as me. So I wanted to revisit what kinds of things I can do to date myself.  Here are a few I found online. Do any of these ideas resonate with you? Do you have any other suggestions?

Coffee And a Book. Start here, lol. I just got my book Lighter by Yung Pueblo in on Friday.  Starting it tonight. What are ways you stay the course and keep dating. Enjoying dating yourself. Think about the "how do I improve the most important relationship in my life?" Try one of these.

Start a journaling practice. Try something new. Practice saying “no”. Pleasure yourself. Make self-love a daily practice. Do any of these ideas resonate with you? Do you have any other suggestions? Fill us in and letʻs hear about your thriving spaces!
