Arnold is a Hong Kong based health and fitness advocate and entrepreneur, who often can be found in the early mornings doing gravity defying workouts at the local parks. In this episode, I (Shinn) had the privilege of getting to sit down with Arnold to hear more about his journey into the world of fitness and some of the challenges he's had to face along the way, especially when it came to the tension of choosing between the corporate world and making the ultimate decision to create his own path forward while navigating through an ever changing world.
