Assignment: 

• 3x a day ask yourself, "What have I been interested in (where are you putting your focus)?
• Notice what emotions are you feeling.
• Where do you need to put your "interest"? (the finish line vs. the car crash)
• By doing so, -putting interest there, how will you feel?
