My guests today are Jake Platt & Rachel Sigl.  Here's a little bit about each of them.  Listen to find out how they teamed up to help thousands of people around the world.

Jake Marine Corps, Taekwondo, where he became a black belt and an instructor, developed a training program for Steven’s Lopez runup to the 2004 Olympics. kinesiology degree, Top 10 CrossFit Gyms in America”, by Men’s Journal. won first place and took home the Affiliate Cup in CrossFit Games. Consequently, he closed the doors for good in April 2020. Jake refocused his career to offer mindset and lifestyle coaching with a focus on resilience coaching, where he helps people overcome extraordinary challenges


In late 2020, Jake partnered with his significant other, Rachel Sigl, in developing Ray’s 60 Days, Rachel has been a leader in the health and wellness industry for the greater Seattle area for the past 15 years. After a couple years she evolved her expertise by getting certified in classical Pilates and Lagree Fitness, launched women’s active sportswear.  


Rachel is a Joga certified instructor, joga (not yoga) introduced her to working with professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL and MLB. She was recognized as the top Joga Trainer in the US.

Rachel decided to change directions and pivot to developing an online fitness company

Currently, Rachel launched “Ray’s 60 Days”, a lifestyle transformation program that focuses on busy professional women between the ages of 30-60 years old, who are looking to lose at least 10-pounds in 60-days. The program is based on four pillars: diet/nutrition guidance, workout programming, mindset coaching and accountability calls.
