After summarizing what Dynasty Owner is and how it's unique and different from other dynasty fantasy football leagues, they discuss some topics of interest to Dynasty Owners. Jay has a team that is close to hitting the $145.74 million salary cap and he's going to make a run for the Chase for the Ring with this team in 2022 before having to break it up. He gives his strategy on how to work with a team that has great players, but also players with large salaries. After that, they discuss what's been going on in the Dynasty Owner off-season. It's more active than your usual dynasty league because of the salary cap, new free agent contracts and having to make roster adjustments based on those real-life NFL changes. Finally, they talk about rebuilding. Jay is our rebuilding master and gives his top rebuilding tips. He also helping Steve rebuild one of his Dynasty Owner teams that fell on hard times after its first season even though Steve doesn't like rebuilding at all. Jay did an article with suggestions on how to Steve can rebuild this team. Steve talks about some trade offers based on Jay's suggestions of his Building Blocks and Players to Trade. Nothing has happened with that team, but maybe a deal will come together by next week.
