Welcome to Episode 18 Nerds!  We took a trip down to Philly this past weekend to attend the very first Keystone Comic Con.  First, thank you to the organizers there for supplying us with press passes,we appreciate your hospitality.  What did we think of this Comic Con?  Hint: you should have gone...  Of course there were plenty of nerdy things going on there and we had our dysfunctional moments as well.  Josh had the opportunity to speak with none other than Darth Maul himself, Ray Park.  Hear what he had to say.  Did Aaron score some killer books?  Check it all out in the second part of the podcast.

Episode 16 finds Aaron back at another Monster-Mania convention in Cherry Hill.  Was this one as crazy as the last one, or did it get better? We are excited to bring you Episode 15, an interview with Bob Elmore who portrayed none other than Leatherface in Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2.  Bob is a great guy, and was very gracious with his time. We both appreciate him talking to us about filming TCM Part 2, as well as his stunt work on many other films.  We learned alot about the stunt acting side of movies and TV and Bob had some great stories to tell from his set experiences.

It's time for Episode 14 Nerds!  First we start off with a recap of the trailers that came out from San Diego Comic Con and some other news from the biggest Con there is.  Then join us for our very first in studio guest!  Michelle from our local comic shop, JAF Comics in Nazareth, PA,  joins us to discuss comics, the shop, what trends she is seeing and much more.  Is DC able to outsell Marvel?  Where do indie comics stand in the overall scheme of things? Are we on our best behavior for our guest, or are we still Dysfunctional Nerds?  We had so much fun sitting around listening to the crickets outside the studio window that this ended up being our longest episode to date. But trust us...its a lot of good Nerd talk.

Welcome to the DNC spoiler ridden double header movie review Episode 13 ! After ripping on each other as usual, we get right into our thoughts on the much anticipated prequel of The First Purge.  Was it as shocking as the others?  Do we want more?  We purge this movie of all its secrets and lay it all out.  We then move on to the 3rd Marvel Studios movie of the year Ant-man and the Wasp.  We know how Aaron loves his Marvel flicks and Josh, well you know.  How does the sequel to Antman hold up?  Yup, we spoil this more than ants marching on your picnic. After that is Aaron's new segment of comic book specs and what you should be looking for out there when you are diving in the bins.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom roars onto the big screen and we have a dino-sized spoiler review of the latest installment in the franchise.  One of us was like a T-rex full of sharp toothed opinions, the other was a methodical Velociraptor striking back. 

After that we talk exclusive toy news and Aaron gives one of his comic specs of the week.  We had to discuss Andrew Lincoln and Lauren Cohan leaving The Walking Dead and what that means for the show.
