Arlia is a spiritual life coach, wisdom keeper and Priestess in Women’s Sacred Circles. Born in Dallas, Texas, she has lived all over the Southeast and calls Atlanta home. She holds a Masters in Depth Psychology and has spent the last two decades working in feminine spirituality and psychology.
After her own spiritual awakening at 37, she answered the call to mentor women ready to revolutionize their lives. She now coaches women and works in leadership development.

In 2014 she founded The Women’s Sanctuary for women’s sacred practice and launched The Women’s Sanctuary Podcast in 2020.
