Born and raised in South Africa, Mpho is Poet, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Gender-based violence and mental health activist. In May of 2019, Mpho launched Journey With Mpho - a podcast show dedicated to the exploration of mental health challenges, spirituality and poetry. Currently, Mpho resides in Hawai'i and her enjoys her time hiking, meditating and tea tasting.
