Jeff Packard is the owner of One Stop Heating & Air, a Utah-based company, that is on pace to complete 2021 with total revenues of $3.5 million. Not too shabby for having started his business in 2018 with just him and a truck. Today, he has over 15 employees. It hasn’t always been an easy road for him to get to where he’s at and is eternally grateful and fortunate to be where he is at today. He has a love of people, and his superpower in growing his business is being able to connect with his customers.
