This week, we are joined by Tom Howard. He is the current Vice President of Customer Experience at Service Titan and the owner of Lee’s Air, Plumbing, & Heating. He got his start at just 15 years old after a guy who fixed their refrigerator offered him a job. After that, he had a job in the finance industry and then went back to Lee’s to be their general manager and eventually became the owner. In his first year back, he almost doubled the company's revenue to $3 million. Now? They are into 8 figures in annual revenue. Switching to Service Titan was part of the catalyst for them, and sees his role as their VP of Customer Experience as an integral part of helping others be able to leverage the platform to have success.
