Just a quick message to let you guys know that I’m back! And ready! Oh ! And I missed you all!!!

It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve dropped an episode. In this week’s episode, is another one of my freestyles where I just talk about any thing that comes to mind. I believe this podcast should be genuine and honest, so I’ll be speaking live and will just talk about whatever is on my mind.

As being a man in this world, & despite how times have changed. We are still portrayed as “masculine men” first before we are human! Todays topic I will touch on some things of how we can balance the two sides and how it could effect us if we aren’t expressing our feelings.

Todays topic is about procrastination and what are some ways we can improve and also what could have caused us to pick up the bad habit in the first place !

Today’s episode we will talk about what we have learned from ourselves in the year 2022 and how we can move forward in 2023.

This episode has no specific topic.. we’re just going to take a second and talk about life and what’s happening within us.

This episode we will be talking about how important goals are and how to begin to execute them.

Let’s talk about self-care and why it’s important!
