As being a man in this world, & despite how times have changed. We are still portrayed as “masculine men” first before we are human! Todays topic I will touch on some things of how we can balance the two sides and how it could effect us if we aren’t expressing our feelings.

Todays topic is about procrastination and what are some ways we can improve and also what could have caused us to pick up the bad habit in the first place !
