I sat down with Casey "The Bullet" Bartzen. We trained athletes together, and were lifting partners throughout the 2000's, learning a tonne, and building some of the best in the NHL and Olympic sport.

Today, Casey runs his own company, Countermove Hockey, and works as an on and off ice hockey specialist.

We talk about the 'early' days of training, learning different paradigms, coaching, and how the world for athletes and coaches is today.
