On December 16th, 2013 while coaching the national ski team, Mike had a serious crash which resulted in him being paralyzed from the neck down. He decided this was not the end, but the beginning, and went on a journey of self exploration, harship and perseverance.

Mike is now an author, speaker and coach. We speak in depth about his accident, stuggles, lessions and how people can work towards a better, healthier life.
