I am sure, there have been times in your life where you felt like you had to always hit it at a high level. Maybe you're dealing with a little perfectionism and a whole lot of procrastination. Maybe you are being too hard with yourself. You know, sometimes people will find that there's no point in starting unless they’re getting it right. But as you can probably realize, there's no such thing as perfection.
So, in today’s episode we are going to talk about Perfectionism – Procrastination, and how can these hold you back from moving forward and reaching your ultimate self. You have to realize that there is no need to be ultimately awesome every time you step up to the plate. Sometimes we have to change the limitations, change the thinking, change the program that we are running, which constantly says, “you're not good enough.”
