Injana Goodman is part of the 8 Woman Grand Prix at the ENYO 7 event. She is a Brown Belt and a very active competitor, having only really started competing at Purple Belt a couple of years ago.

Creating a flow to her training for competition is now very much a priority for Injana, where there is time for intense training as well as time-off. She balances life between training, S&C, and also Coaching.
