A very simple question to ask ourselves is, do I do what I say I’m going to do? If we continue to make the decision to not do what we said we were going to do, we better be willing to live with the results of those decisions. If we continue to tell people we’re going to do something and then not do it, we don’t get the right to complain when we discover that person has left us.
