Just like a picture frame has 4 sides, if you were to remove any 1 of them, it would fall apart, the structure of your life can be seen the same way. Body, being, balance and business are the 4 sides of that frame. Remembering who you are is something that is applicable in any aspect of your life. That one simple statement, when said to someone, is just a simple check on their self awareness, self esteem, and self worth. You do not have to have the magical “it” factor to be successful in your personal life or business, or to be fit and healthy. Plenty of people have the factor and have no results to show for it.
