In this episode, I share a bit of my journey and how I came to realize I was participating in racism and in a system in which I benefit because of the color of my skin—and how that same system affects my son. I don't come with answers, but I hope to start a conversation where it's okay to be uncomfortable and where we're allowed to make mistakes.
