About Lori
Lori is the wife of Jim Birckhead, mother of two, grandmother of four, dreamer, farmer, and most of all lover of the Lord. Lori is grateful to watch the Lord guide her every step as she walks by faith on this crazy journey through life.

Thirteen years ago, By Faith Farm began after an insistent and persistent dream that said, "Buy land, grow food, and give it away."  In 2022, along with her dear friend, Christine Palmer, Lori founded Fed By Faith, a 501c3 non-profit. Fed By Faith is a community of people giving back to the community by sharing food and sharing faith.
