Our mentor in the first episode is Shivangi Walke. Shivangi is a Leadership Branding Executive Coach, Master Trainer, Speaker and founder of Thrive With Mentoring.

In this interview, Shivangi shares with us her professional journey and philosophy. She had a mentor that helped her during a challenging moment in her career. As a result of a great mentor and a challenging moment, she founded Thrive Mentoring in 2017. She has launched Thrive With Mentoring around the world, having now more than 24 chapters. Thrive With Mentoring takes a broader view of mentoring, connecting both, personal and professional aspects.

She is very passionate about mentoring, she recommends us to get a mentor with whom we can share our challenges openly. We are very privileged to hear also about her book and research highlights on mentoring. Shivangi is an expert on virtual leadership, so we ask them about the challenges of working remotely and how to overcome them.
