E10. How to Find Balance In Your Life

If you follow my Instagram, you'll know that lately I have been feeling out of balance in my life and overall just not good. I was feeling like every fibre of my body was on high alert and ready to dive head first into frustration or agitation at the tiniest of things. It had even translated into my external world. I had let it go way too far before I realized there was an issue.

When I became aware that I was not feeling okay I was able to look back at the past two weeks and realized that I had stopped going to the gym and meditating, which ironically, are the two things that would have helped me the most during that time.

I took some time to reflect on my life and reconnect with myself and am happy to say that I am in the process of getting back on track. I've learned some lessons along the way and, in true modern hippie fashion, want to share them with you.
