I like to think that I’m generally very self-aware however I’d not been able to make the proper distinction between misalignment (maybe it’s just not right for me if it’s not coming easily?!) and fear until recently. Our minds can be very sneaky and make us think that we’re going in the wrong direction as soon as things get slightly uncomfortable. Are you afraid to be seen? Of what people might think of you? I discuss my tips on how to overcome fear in this episode, as well as differentiating between intuition and fear so you can tell which one is running the show!
In this episode you’ll learn:
- How to tell the difference between your intuitive knowing and fear
- That fear can crop up in many forms
- That the mind has sneaky tricks to get us to listen to it
- Detaching yourself from the outcome can propel you forward
-How to stop feeling ‘stuck’ in your life
