In today’s episode it’s the season one finale! I’m going to take a break from the podcast with the intention of coming back with a series of interviews featuring guests within the wellness world. It’s going to be very exciting and I know you’ll love the conversations we’ll be having. Keep your eyes peeled!
The subject of today’s solo episode though is something that’s been on my mind recently, a kind of inner debate that I’ve been thinking about - probably a bit too much based on the fact that this topic is about slowing down the thoughts but anywayyy.
While in an ideal world we would all be able to quiet our minds completely and stop the noise of the ego, it’s not realistic for most of us to make such a jump. This is where I’ve found the process of intentional thinking extremely beneficial. Questioning all my thoughts, beliefs and writing them down for me to see plain as day, before turning them round into more empowering thoughts. I recently took the lovely Leticia Ringe’s Mindset Makeover course which was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to learn more about how to use my mind in the most effective way. I’m sure she’ll be releasing it soon as an evergreen course here.
In this episode you’ll learn:
- How changing your thoughts about a situation can transform your life and how you feel
- The way your mind works on autopilot
-Why living from the future is the fastest way to manifest what you desire
- A morning process to become aware of your negative thoughts and turn them around
-My take on being present while still having goals and ambition
