1. What still needs to be done - from a technical perspective - to launch? Emails? Landing page? Testing? 

2. What is holding me back from an emotional perspective? 

3. What am I afraid will happen?

4. What am I telling myself about launching? 

5. Am I OK with launching and selling a 100 copies? Am I OK with launching and selling 0 copies? What will I say to myself about either one of these situations?

6. Am I afraid of failing? (Sometimes we don't launch because then we don't have to actually succeed OR fail.) 

7. Am I afraid of succeeding? What am I telling myself will happen? 

8. Am I concerned about it being perfect? What if it wasn't? What if something didn't work right? (Wouldn't you just fix it for the person?)

9. Have I gotten objective feedback from colleagues or beta testers? (Not just friends and family)
