Being able to see someone else’s perspective does not mean you have to give up on what you believe to be true, the belief system that you operate on, your standards, or your morals. Once you can see someone else’s perspective, it allows you to better show them yours and possibly even find common ground. In business and life, your inability to meet someone where they are, will hurt you and add stress.
