In this week's episode, I am diving into the steps that I am taking to handle my emotions during covid-19. After recently getting laid off, the mood of quarantine has shifted from a nice break from the office to a time full of question marks. I like to refer to this space as "the void". It is during this time that it is so important for me to process my emotions in a healthy way instead of burying them deep inside of my and numbing them out.
