This week I interview Sarah as we explore her journey to becoming a Kambo Practitioner. Kambo is a powerful Amazonian cleansing agent that is derived from the secretion of a tree frog. The potential benefits of Kambo are helping balance symptoms of depression, auto-immune disorders, addictions, cancers, candida, energy blockages, skin disorders and other viruses/ parasites, fungal infections.
We also dive into Sarah's experience walking the spiritual path and what it entails- sacrifice, humility, and growth. Sarah teaches me about man-made laws- such as having to do everything on our own vs being able to rely on spirit and the collective around us. We talk about how we are taught to push hard and fix everything quickly, including our emotions. Sarah explains how we put the mind on a pedestal and try to think our way through life vs syncing up with nature and flowing.
Sarah Lemmerman received her Master's Degree in East/West Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies.
