Sometimes when we just feel off, all we need is a little push forward to balance out again. Like the initial push of the pedal when riding a bike, we slowly get ourselves moving in the direction we want to go and then build momentum as we continue to move forward. A push anywhere throughout your life can be all you need, be it spiritual, exercise, family, really anything can help.
