Leadership guru John Maxwell once said that Vision tells us WHAT, Mission tells us WHY, but strategy tells us HOW and today we spend a bit of time looking at how vision can become reality for the Christian leader.

More than just setting goals and objectives, strategic plans and gathering teams, there’s an essential element in this process that can sometimes be forgotten.

In Episode 20, Jon and I share examples of what this process looks like and analyse how to discern whether God is at work in a particular course of action.
