Ruby Shine is the founder of Sol Method and a nervous-system-first wellness practitioner. Her approach centres the nervous system as the foundation for relational safety, emotional resilience, and sustainable change, and is a living reflection from healing her own insomnia, C-PTSD and PCOS.
