Have you ever wanted to take control and have a healthy lifestyle, but it seems like something always gets in the way?


Trust me. Been there done that. I know for myself I will always tell myself that I want to get into working out or eating better. A lot of the time I will start and I will have a really strong couple of days. Then... I fall. I get right back into my old habits. But why does this happen? Why is it every time we want to take control we lose it?

In this episode of "The Self Design Show" I interview Amy Roskelley all about health. Amy has been working in and changing the health world for YEARS. She does everything from sharing and creating healthy recipes, fitness exercises, and training other to be the healthiest versions of themselves. So, I interviewed her on what her personal journey was. She shares with us all about how she needed to make changes in her life, that changed her life forever. She then shares with me ways we can all get started on our journey to controlling our health in our own self design.
