A self-made, financially independent entrepreneur, author and host of “The Unconstrained Podcast”, Miles Wakeham joins the show today to talk about how he left Australia to make a life for himself stateside and the ups and downs that followed. Together they discuss the importance of trusting your gut, how to value your time and why there is no reward without risk.

- There is no reward without risk and there is no progress without risk. The two are directly interconnected. You cannot progress as a human being without risk and you need to accept that there are risks at all points of your life. Have the courage to get through the risks but most importantly, do not let the risks dictate your life.

Independently developed service management software that was #3 leading product in world sales in 2003. Founded Edgneering LLC in 2007, one of the first "cloud computing" cos in Phoenix, Arizona. Data center designer and installation for clusters of servers in three worldwide redundant locations. Assisted major pharmaceutical benefits & claim processing organization from inception to over $100 million in revenue by developing web based custom software to run the majority of their operations and claim processing. I compose music and still cherish those memories. My sensitivity to music seems to have morphed into a sensitivity to people, psychology & opportunities, which drives me to learn more about this crazy life experience we are all on.
