Brian Gardner is an advocate for living a minimalistic lifestyle, not just by reducing what he owns or buys, but by being intentional about what he devotes time and energy to. He is also a Chicago-based entrepreneur, designer, and WordPress expert.
I reached out to Brian to join us as a guest after reading an article he wrote for Becoming Minimalist called "We Are Defined By The Things We Don't Do."
In this episode, Brian shares the incredible benefits of living a minimalistic lifestyle, like being free to focus on what truly matters and enjoying the reduced stress of managing less. Several years ago, his business wasn't generating the income he needed to support the life he had created for his family, so he made a drastic decision, one that shaped a philosophy that would liberate him from the rat race forever.
You can do something similar for yourself! By minimizing what you don't need and prioritizing what you do, you can create time and space for things that bring you joy - and happily let the rest go.
