David is a retired United States Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant with over 30 years of service. He is the CEO of MAX FAB Consulting where they focus on veteran transition and leadership.

It was with his own difficulty with transition, addiction, and PTSD that sparked him to create a better path for those after him. As David says, "Many veterans, including myself, have struggled with moral injury and the mental anguish that can come if not addressed."
